StandardAero Wins Rolls-Royce Customer Support Triple Crown
StandardAero has been honored for its work supporting operators of Rolls-Royce M250 engines.

Rolls-Royce honored engine maintenance provider StandardAero with three awards for customer support in its annual First Network Recognition Reception held in Dallas just before this week’s Heli-Expo show. The so-called triple crown of awards were for customer satisfaction, program investment and total quality, recognizing authorized service centers that provide maintenance, repair and overhaul for R-R's M250 helicopter engines.

The 2017 awards mark the eighth consecutive year that StandardAero has received the customer satisfaction award. This is based on customer satisfaction ratings collected from letters sent to Rolls-Royce, performance, likelihood to recommend scores, third-party monitoring and customer surveys.

The program investment award acknowledges capital improvements that StandardAero has made at its facilities. The total quality award relates specifically to work done in support of compressor case life extension improvement programs to enhance engine performance and reduce corrosion. The program was launched last year, and there have been no compressor cases returned or issues reported.

“We are extremely proud and thrilled to receive this ‘trifecta’ of Rolls-Royce awards for 2017,” said Manny Atwal, StandardAero helicopters vice president. “This recognition aligns completely with StandardAero’s continuous focus on satisfying customers, investing in resources that keep operators in the air and providing outstanding, high quality services that are highly recognized and, even more importantly, consistently acknowledged for the past eight years in a row.”
