HNA Group Companies Sign up for V-Services
Three of the Chinese group’s airlines have joined the power-by-the-hour scheme, West Air, Capital and Tianjin Airlines

Three airlines belonging to China’s HNA Group have signed up to join IAE’s V-Services fleet-hour maintenance agreement for their V2500 engines. West Air, Capital and Tianjin Airlines have joined the scheme, which provides fleets with optimized engine maintenance at predictable cost.

West Air operates around 20 A319/320s, while Capital has 65 A319/320/321s and Tianjin Airlines has more than 20 A320s. HNA Group is one of China’s largest conglomerates, with 14 airlines under its wing. Most are based in China, but the group includes Aigle Azur (France), Africa World Airlines (Ghana) and myCargo (Turkey). The combined fleet serves more than 200 cities with close to 700 routes, and carries 77.4 million passengers annually.
