Duncan Aviation has seen a 14% increase in online orders and quote requests following the launch of DuncanAviationParts.com six months ago.
The site allows users to search more than 723,000 line items of inventory, valued at more than $170 million. Customers can view high-resolution photos of popular parts, check stock availability, explore in-house repair services, and request instant quotes.
“More and more customers are discovering the convenience of ordering online through DuncanAviationParts.com,” says Hannah Bodenstab, Duncan Aviation parts and rotables sales supervisor.
The latest update to the site allows customers with established credit to order parts using net terms.
In the coming months, Duncan is planning to roll out arts exchange transactions, international sales, and parts purchased through other inventory program partners to the platform.
Account holders receive immediate access to prices, quantities, and essential documents, including traceability papers and 8130 dual-release tags. Domestic customers can also make outright parts purchases with a credit card.
