Lockheed Martin and Lufthansa Technik Grow Cooperation
Sustainment and logistics solutions on a global basis are the main potential areas for collaboration

U.S. defense giant Lockheed Martin and global MRO/technical services provider Lufthansa Technik signed a Memorandum of Understanding on Wednesday at the Farnborough AirShow to advance sustainment and logistics management for global customers.

"Today’s MoU brings together the expertise of two global aviation leaders,” said Michael Williamson, president of Lockheed Martin International. “I’m excited about the potential this collaboration holds, enabling us to deliver a range of high-quality and affordable sustainment solutions to our international customers.”

"[The agreement] reaffirms our commitment to partnering with European industry to enhance the resiliency of the defense industrial base,” he explained.
