Duncan Aviation and Honeywell Aerospace have expanded their service agreement for Honeywell’s IC-600/615/1080 Integrated Avionics Computer product lines, which include legacy Primus 1000 and Primus Epic CDS-R products.
Under the agreement, Honeywell will transfer all repair capabilities and exchange inventory to Duncan Aviation’s Component Services and Parts & Rotables Sales at its headquarters in Lincoln, Nebraska. According to Duncan Aviation, “As a licensed Honeywell authorized service center and channel partner, this expanded service builds upon Duncan Aviation’s existing Honeywell authorizations by adding specified part numbers.”
The agreement also covers Duncan Aviation taking on the management of repair and exchange capabilities, which includes quotes, AOG events, warranty claims, Honeywell Maintenance Service Plan contracts, and “related status updates.”
These Primus avionics were factory-installed in a variety of business aircraft, including the Cessna Citation II, III, V, X, Bravo, Encore, Excel/XLS, Ultra, Sovereign, CJ1, and CJ2; Dassault Falcon 50, 900, and 2000; Bombardier Challenger 601 and 300 and Learjet 45; and SyberJet SJ30-2.
