$500 Million Investments Announced for Singapore's Aerospace Sector
Singapore real estate group JTC signed deal worth $500 million at the Singapore Air Show.

Singapore's state-owned real estate group JTC signed a series of agreements during the Singapore Airshow with companies that bring yet more business into the country’s aerospace sector. Investments totaling around $500 million are committed over the next five years at various JTC sites, such as the Loyang aerospace enclave, Changi North and Seletar Aerospace Park.


Some companies such as Airbus, Bombardier, GE Aviation, Overhaul Services-Singapore, SIA Engineering Company Limited’s (SIAEC), and Singapore Aero Engine Services (SAESL) are expanding their presence, while new tenants include Proponent, PPG, and Ametek MRO.
