AviationManuals Tallied a Solid 2017
The two-decade old company delivers RVSM/international operations manuals and custom flight/operations manuals as well as safety management software.

AviationManuals, a provider of aircraft manual development services and flight operations SMS software, characterized 2017 as a strong year. The Washington, D.C.-based company saw a 35 percent increase in revenues, a 30 percent increase in its manual and software subscription services, and a customer base that surpassed more than 4,000 worldwide. Founded in 1996, the company counts more than half of IS-BAO-registered business aircraft operators as its clients.

ā€œWe saw significant growth come from North America, the Middle East, and Southeast Asiaā€”particularly Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesiaā€”as well as Hong Kong and Australia,ā€ said AviationManuals CEO Mark Baier. ā€œIn addition, we also experienced an increase to our business in the last half of 2017 from Europe in association with the Part-NCC regulations.ā€

Baier added that the firm, which has doubled in size over the past two years, has focused on elevating its responsiveness, enabling it to stay ahead of client requirements on regulatory and operational needs.
