Flying Colours Wins Green Challenger 850 Contract

Fast on the heels of its first CRJ200 conversion to an executive/VIP Execliner configuration, Canadian independent completion and refurbishment specialist Flying Colours (Booth No. 3893) has begun work on its first green Challenger 850 interior. The 850, built by Bombardier, is derived from the CRJ200. The Flying Colours customer aircraft, destined for an “international customer,” arrived at the center’s Peterborough, Ontario facility on September 19. The design, shown here, is one of the cabin configurations considered. For a “real-life” look at a reconfigured CRJ200, Flying Colours has an example of one of its latest Execliners at the static display line at Orlando Executive Airport.
