The FAA's FY2026 fifth annual funding under the airport terminal program (ATP) will be its final one. This funding opportunity (FY 2026) is for the final year in which ATP will be available. Approximately $1 billion will be apportioned to selected applicants to fund projects across the country, allowing airports to build, modernize, and upgrade terminal facilities, including airport-owned air traffic control towers. Airport sponsors seeking consideration for FY2026 ATP Competitive Grant Program funding should submit FAA Form 5100–144 as soon as possible, but no later than 5:00 p.m. EST on Jan. 15, 2026.
