FlightSimCom 2016 Opens June 11 at New England Air Museum
The fourth annual FlightSimCon celebrates the world of desktop flight simulation.

The annual FlightSimCon flight simulation and aviation conference is again being held at the New England Air Museum in East Granby, Conn., adjacent to Bradley International Airport, on June 11 and 12. Tickets for the event are $60 and include full access to the conference and all events as well as the museum. 


This year’s FlightSimCon includes a variety of seminars and panel discussions, from headline speaker Peter “Frooglesim” Wright on the “State of the Sim-nation,” Canadian Armed Forces Major Adam Cybanski discussing “Desktop Flight Simulation in the RCAF,” and “‘sim pit' builders, flight dispatchers, a tactical helicopter pilot and accident investigator, developers from Orbx, the creator of X-Plane [Austin Meyer] and several flight simulation add-on and platform creators.”


The 2016 FlightSimCon is the fourth year the event has been held, and more than 20 aviation and flight simulation companies are participating. Prizes available to conference attendees include a round-trip flight donated by Cape Air, DVDs from JustPlanes.com and three TrackIR 5 Pro bundles from Natural Point.
