Online aviation employment portal JSfirm is reporting “record-breaking” growth in the free job-seeking memberships on its site. The Texas-based company experienced a more than 30% increase in memberships since the beginning of the year and noted that applications for available positions have also risen by more than 25%.

Based on the types of jobs and the perks companies are currently offering, JSfirm executive director Abbey Hutter believes most of these people are transitioning to a new opportunity for more pay, bonuses, location, or flexible schedule because they have options. For these reasons, she noted, “It's a job seeker market.”

JSfirm’s employment portal allows its members—with experience ranging from entry-level to veteran—access to job listings and resume-building tools, while hiring companies receive the flow of qualified candidates they need to succeed in a competitive industry.

“The strong start to 2025 is a clear indicator of a thriving industry with opportunities for job seekers and high application rates for employers,” explained Hutter. “We are proud that the aviation industry continues to turn to JSfirm.”
