It's always nice to arrive at an exposition such as EBACE with accolades. Bothell, Washington-based Greenpoint Technologies business jet completion center (Booth V89) is proud to say that its Antiq VVIP interior design for the Boeing BBJ787-8 has been shortlisted for the International Yacht and Aviation awards in the private jet design category. The company is showing three interiors in scale model at the show for Boeing widebodies: the 787-8, 787-9, and 777X.

"Our design team aimed to create a contemporary, functional interior design with luxuries expected at the highest end of private aircraft travel or a world-class hotel," said Annika Wicklund, Greenpoint's design director. "Inspired by nature's remarkable and calming beauty, we used florals to soften the palette and put passengers at ease. The result is a spacious, serene, and inviting interior."

Greenpoint's BBJ 787-9 Azure won awards in 2015 and 2017 in Britain and the northwest U.S. It features an open architecture that accentuates the airplane's large windows and a formal dining-conference room, along with a master bedroom and bath suite, private office, two guest suites, and a spa. 

The BBJ 777X Lotus draws its inspiration from Asian Pacific cultures, according to Wicklund, touting celestial and organic elements in a multifunctional design that includes a lounge, technologically sophisticated media room, library, private suite, and a master suite.
