Raisbeck Receives STC for King Air Propellers
Raisbeck Engineering recently received STC approvals for its five-blade composite swept propeller and four-bade aluminum swept propeller.

Raisbeck Engineering recently received STC approvals for its five-blade composite swept propeller and four-blade aluminum swept propeller. Both propellers have just been approved for the Beechcraft King Air 300/300LW models.

Previously, the four-blade aluminum swept propeller received approvals for the King Air 90, King Air 200 series, and King Air B300 series. Meanwhile, one of the benefits of the five-blade carbon composite swept propeller blades is an unlimited blade life. With reduced maintenance costs, the product still offers strength and durability offered by modern composites.

โ€œWe are pleased to offer King Air 300/300LW operators the opportunity to upgrade their aircraft with added performance, efficiency and a quieter cabin with either one of these propeller systems,โ€ said Lynn Thomas, acting president of Raisbeck Engineering. โ€œThese STCs are the result of many long hours from our engineers and their support team."
