Tamarack Selects jetAviva as Atlas Sales Rep
JetAviva recently enhanced its Citation expertise with the acquisition of Jet Quest.

Tamarack Aerospace Group has expanded the sales force for its Atlas Active Winglets, naming jetAviva an authorized representative. As part of the deal announced this week during the Citation Jet Pilots 2017 Annual Convention in Phoenix, jetAviva joins the Textron Aviation service center network in selling and marketing the active winglets.

The winglets, which the company said can provide a 20 percent improvement in fuel burn and range, use a built-in load alleviation device, along with a wing extension and winglet to improve aerodynamic efficiency. Tamarack's winglets have received EASA and FAA STC approval for the Cessna Citation CJ, CJ1, CJ1+ and M2. Approvals for the CJ3/CJ3+ are expected to follow in late first quarter 2018, followed by that for the CJ2/CJ2+ a few months after that.

Austin, Texas-based jetAviva is one of the largest business aviation brokerages, with more than 2,000 clients in 40 countries and last summer enhanced its expertise in the Cessna Citation market with the acquisition of Jet Quest. Tamarack executives noted the strong background that jet Aviva has with the Citation product line and customer base. “This is a natural fit for our customers,” said Nick Guida, founder and CEO of Tamarack Aerospace. “JetAviva has always understood the performance, visual and value enhancements that Tamarack Active Winglets add to a jet.
