Robinson Aerospace Sets Up Shop at Fort Worth Alliance
Expanding beyond cabin interiors, Robinson Aerospace now looks to develop its full MRO capabilities.
Newly-formed Robinson Aerospace now occupies the former a 217,000 sq ft Galaxy-Gulfstream completions facility at Fort Worth's Alliance Airport. It expects to add maintenance services to its offerings early next year.

Robinson Aircraft Interiors has completed its transformation into a full-blown completions shop, relocating most of its activities from a manufacturing warehouse in Coppell, Texas, to a major on-airport facility at nearby Fort Worth Alliance Airport. The company, which plans to retain the Coppell warehouse, is now a division of recently established parent company Robinson Aerospace and expects to add MRO services to its offerings as soon as it receives FAA Part 145 certification early next year.

“With the ability to serve our customers from a major airport location, we can truly realize our longstanding goal of becoming a turnkey U.S. completion and MRO center,” said company president Jeff Robinson. “Now offering complete green and retrofit completion services, full MRO, upholstery, veneer replacement, cockpit refresh and a host of other disciplines, Robinson is poised to be a force in the interiors space.”

The company has taken over the former Galaxy-Gulfstream completions ï»żcomplex on the east side of the airport, adjacent to the control tower. That facility includes more than 217,000 sq ft of climate-controlled hangars with 14 bays capable of handling large-cabin business jets, integrated back shops, offices, conference suites and design showrooms.

Robinson said the company will continue to handle bizliner interior projects, both narrow- and widebody, and would expand the hangar complex to accommodate larger aircraft, if necessary.
