GE, Aero-Dienst Renew CF34 Maintenance Agreement
The German MRO provider has been a GE-authorized service center since 2011.

General Electric has extended its approval of Aero-Dienst as an authorized service center for the CF34 engine, which powers the Bombardier Challenger 600 series. In April 2011, GE selected the Nuremburg-based MRO as one of its first service providers within its European business and general aviation network.

The location, which stocks OEM parts, provides AOG and mobile repair team services along with scheduled and unscheduled repair and removal and installation of external engine components for warranty and GE OnPoint engine maintenance plan support. It services approximately 120 Challenger 604s and 605s, which are powered by CF34-3Bs, each year.

“Our continuously growing Challenger department has reached a high level of expertise due to their profound knowledge and to the regular GE training,” said André Ebach, the company’s head of maintenance. “After receiving the contract extension, we are really looking forward to providing our ongoing excellent and comprehensive service to our Challenger customers.”
