Mark Ozenick To Head Dassault Aircraft Services
Ozenick brings nearly four decades of experience to Dassault that has included C-level responsibilities, flight, MRO and financial operations.

Dassault has hired industry veteran Mark Ozenick to serve as president of Dassault Aircraft Services (DAS). In his new role, Ozenick will be responsible for Dassault’s Falcon Jet service center network in North, South and Central America.


The founding president and CEO of HeliFlite Shares and co-founder of HeliFlite Aviation Services, Ozenick brings to Dassault nearly four decades of experience that has included C-level responsibilities, flight operations, MRO and financial and consulting enterprises. In addition to his roles with HeliFlite, he served with the investment firm Trinity Capital and mergers and acquisition and financial advisory firm Jet Investment Holdings.


Ozenick has also held senior positions with Aero Mechanical Industries, Valair Aviation, SSA & Company, Elite Aviation and American Eurocopter, among others. He will report to Geoff Chick, senior v-p of customer services at Dassault Falcon Jet.
