Jet Support Services Inc. (JSSI) has appointed Jaslyn Chan as its new president of JSSI Asia, a reflection of the company’s growth in the Australasia region. JSSI (Booth P114) is an independent provider of maintenance programs for business aircraft, including its Tip-to-Tail service that covers all maintenance costs and where the aircraft owner pays a fee for every hour that the aircraft flies.

Chan is based at JSSI’s regional headquarters in Hong Kong and will focus on the company’s growing market in Asia, Australia and New Zealand. She comes to JSSI after running marketing and business development for TAG Aviation Asia, which manages more than 50 business aircraft. Before TAG, Chan oversaw operations and strategic planning as director and chief operating officer of Asia Jet Partners. With an MBA degree in airline management and professional leadership, Chan is studying for an executive MBA at the Chinese University of Hong Kong business school.

“We are thrilled to introduce Jaslyn as the president of JSSI Asia,” said JSSI president and CEO Neil Book. “She is an outstanding, entrepreneurial leader and shares our commitment to customer service. As we continue to launch new products and services, Jaslyn has the skillset to drive significant growth in the months, quarters and years ahead.”

According to Chan, “JSSI has demonstrated huge growth in this region, and I am looking forward to working with Neil and the team to further support owners, operators and business partners in the region. We will ultimately be able to provide new and existing clients in the Asia Pacific region with a whole new level of global maintenance support and customer service.”
