Signature Rolls Out New Website and App
The BBA Aviation subsidiary unveiled its newly-designed digital tools at NBAA's Schedulers and Dispatchers Conference.

This week at the 2017 Schedulers and Dispatchers Conference, Signature Flight Support announced that it launched a revamped online portal and a new web application, aimed at streamlining customer contact. According to Patrick Sniffen, the BBA Aviation subsidiary’s vice president of marketing, the new website is a rebuild, starting from scratch.

It features an interactive map showing all of the service provider’s more than 200 locations worldwide, as well as all of their programs and services, and enables users to book discounted hotels through the company’s proprietary reservation tool. New functionality in the form of National car rentals through the site will be added in the coming weeks. The user-friendly site also allows for customers to get to anything they need within three clicks and is highly responsive for all portable devices.

“Really the design is…simple for our customers to use and puts all the information they need at their fingertips to make an FBO buying decision,” Sniffen told AIN.

It also provides a single-point sign-in for customers to manage their TailWins and Signature Status loyalty program accounts. That will give operators the ability to manage their fleets more effectively, view invoices by tail number through the system and update the types of aircraft they have and who is associated with them. The new web portal also features an extensive staff recruitment emphasis, detailing available positions with video clips showing the responsibilities as performed by Signature employees and making it easy to apply for those vacancies.

Those same principles of streamlining and simplicity also apply to Signature’s newly launched app, which enables members to manage their loyalty accounts, as well as access the service provider’s entire network. One new benefit to the app refurbishment allows customers to redeem awards immediately after earning points.
