Not only armies travel on their stomachs—so do business jet travelers, and here at MEBAA, a world of caterers and galley equipment providers are displaying a smorgasbord of products and services aimed at meeting their demanding pallets.


Air Culinaire Worldwide (Stand 542) of Tampa, Florida, has more than 400 catering specialists and serves almost 1,500 airports, and offers regional menus to supplement perennial gourmet favorites.


California’s Air Gourmet (Stand 663), established 25 years ago, offers an unlimited menu spanning every cuisine, trend, taste, fancy, and dietary need, prepared by world-class master chefs.


Rudy’s Inflight Catering (Stand 663), based at Teterboro Airport in New Jersey, operates from a 17,000 square-foot purpose-built catering kitchen. Founded 25 years ago, its menus feature seasonal fare, taking advantage of freshest ingredients available.


Based in the UK, Aerolux Limited (Stand 334) offers an in-flight espresso coffee maker used in first- and business-class galleys on airliners, and now available for corporate aircraft.


Miami-based Silver Lining Inflight Catering (Stand 663) offers seasonal, holiday, gluten free, and healthy menus.


Executive Gourmet (Stand 540), a corporate aircraft caterer operated by Zurich-based airline catering service Gate Gourmet, offers catering for private jets from its facilities in Abu Dhabi, Dublin, Geneva, Haneda, Hong Kong, Narita, Rio de Janeiro, Shanghai, Sydney and Zurich.


Meanwhile, Lufthansa Technic (Stand 500) offers ovens and even dishwashers for executive airliner galleys allowing gourmet meals to be prepared from scratch onboard, instead of simply serving pre-cooked food.
