West Star Aviation Renews Mexico Certificate
The company's three facilities hold DGAC approval.

Mexico's Dirección General de Aeronáutica Civil (DGAC) has renewed West Star Aviation-East Alton's certificate through April 2018. The certificate allows West Star to offer full service to Mexican-registered aircraft (XA, XB, and XC).

West Star received its first certification from Mexico's DGAC in 2014. This renewal is exclusive to the East Alton facility. However, the company's Grand Junction, Colo., and Chattanooga, Tenn. locations have also obtained DGAC approval. This is West Star's first renewal of this certificate.

"West Star is proud to have Mexico's DGAC renewal and to continue to serve customers with Mexican-registered aircraft," said Eric Kujawa, general manager at the East Alton facility. "We continue to heighten our list of services and look forward to certification renewals for our other locations in the future."
