Dallas Airmotive Offers PT6A Flat-rate Overhaul Program
The MRO provider has a facility dedicated to the repair and overhaul of PT6A engines.

Dallas Airmotive is now offering a PT6A flat-rate overhaul program as part of Pratt & Whitney Canada’s (P&WC) PT6SMART Maintenance Solutions initiative. The limited-time program sets a fixed-rate pricing structure for overhauls on PT6A-21, -27, -28, -41, -42, and -114 engine models. It is available only through the engine manufacturer's designated overhaul facilities.

In 1964, Dallas Airmotive became an independent MRO provider for the PT6A. In 2014, the company celebrated the 50th year of authorization and announced that it had transformed its former Regional Turbine Center, located on Dallas-Love Field airport, into a dedicated facility to repair and overhaul PT6A engines.

“We know that customers are looking for ways to reduce their maintenance costs and increase the value of their aircraft investment,” Mark Stubbs, said Dallas Airmotive chief commercial officer. “Our facility at Love Field was designed specifically for the PT6A and delivering fast turn times, from a centralized location in the United States.”
