Comlux announced today it has placed an order for three Airbus ACJ320neos with CFM engines that are slated to be delivered green starting in 2019. The aircraft charter, management, sales/acquisitions, maintenance and cabin design and completion firm also said its VIP operator arm Fly Comlux signed five new aircraft management contracts last year, covering a Gulfstream 650, two Bombardier Global 6000s, an Airbus ACJ319 and a Boeing 777BBJ.
“With two BBJ MAX8 orders a year ago and [now] three ACJ320neos, Comlux is providing its clients with a turnkey package solution, including aircraft acquisition and cabin completion in our outfitting center in Indianapolis,” said Comlux Group chairman and CEO Richard Gaona. "And with its recent approvals as both a BBJ warranty and repair center and the first independent ACJ-authorized service center worldwide, Comlux America has demonstrated its continuous focus on maintaining and improving best practices in the MRO industry.”
The Comlux managed fleet currently includes an Airbus ACJ318, three ACJ319s, an ACJ330, a Boeing 767BBJ, a 777BBJ, two Bombardier Challenger 605s, a Challenger 850, two Global 5000s, three Global 6000s, two Embraer Legacy 650s, a Gulfstream G650, a Hawker 900XP and one Sukhoi SBJ. Besides the Airbus ACJ320neo and Boeing BBJ MAX8 commitments, Comlux also has an order for a Bombardier Global 7000.
