StandardAero, Universal Team on Upgrade Incentives
The avionics incentive program covers the Learjet 45/60, Astra SPX and Gulfstream G100.

Operators of Learjet 45s, Learjet 60s, Astra SPXs and Gulfstream G100s can upgrade their aircraft with the Universal Avionics satellite-based augmentation system (SBAS)-capable flight management system (FMS) and transponders with ADS-B DO-260B while taking advantage of savings during a limited time offer from StandardAero and Universal Avionics.

“Universal Avionics is offering trade-in credit for operators’ non SBAS-FMS and there is also an incentive if the operator is upgrading the ADS-B Out in the form of a significant discount on the Rockwell Collins TDR-94(D) mode-S transponders," Don Milum, director of technical sales, told AIN.

For an additional price, Universal Avionics is also offering an extended warranty plan with the FlightAssure program. FlightAssure is a fixed-price warranty program for Universal Avionics products. In addition, Standard-Aero is offering a reduced, flat-rate labor pricing of $80 per hour for all airframe inspections completed during the upgrade. Other incentives include a $15,000 open credit on account to be used at any StandardAero facility.
