Fuel provider Phillips 66 Aviation has established a relationship with concierge software provider FlightBridge to make the product freely available to FBOs in its network. The web-based tool streamlines and consolidates all ancillary services such as hotel and rental car reservations, limousine bookings and catering requests, allowing customer service representatives to spend more time with customers and less time on the telephone. “Before FlightBridge we had to call every hotel and car agency to find availability and rates for each reservation,” said Halie Alexander, Cutter Aviation’s assistant customer service manager. “We now use FlightBridge exclusively for all of our bookings and very rarely have to make those phone calls.”
Since the agreement was struck, 27 Phillips-branded FBOs have signed on to use the platform. “Phillips 66 Aviation is committed to providing our FBOs with the tools and value-added programs that help to set up their businesses for growth and success,” said Kim Ruth, the fuel provider’s director of general aviation programs. “We’ve received an overwhelmingly positive response from our FBOs that have implemented FlightBridge at their locations, and we’ll continue to explore additional service offerings we can provide to our network.”
