Embraer Executive Jets named Germany-based Atlas Air Service as its new authorized sales representative for Germany, Austria and Switzerland. This comes on the heels of an August 24 announcement by Atlas Air that it voluntarily ended its long-term relationship with Cessna Aircraft as an authorized sales representative.

“Europe has the world’s second-largest concentration of business jets,” noted Embraer Executive Jets president and CEO Marco Tulio Pellegrini. “Through this agreement, we reaffirm our commitment to the European market, expanding our sales force network to offer customers best-in-class products.”

Under the newly forged agreement, Atlas Air Service will work closely with Embraer's European sales team to increase its penetration in this traditional business aircraft market.
