Gulfstream Aerospace will webcast the opening session at its Customer Advisory Board (CAB) meeting next week in Savannah, Ga. The opening session presentations are set to begin at 8 a.m. on Tuesday and will be streamed live on the password-protected MyGulfstream.com website.
âLive streaming the opening session will give many more of our customers access to the most up-to-date information on our aircraft and our service and customer support network,â said Gulfstream product support president Derek Zimmerman. âBroadcasting live is a great way to engage with customers. We want all of our operators to be well informed and feel connected to us whether theyâre based in Atlanta or New Zealand.â
The biannual CAB meetings provide a forum for Gulfstream operators to share comments and concerns about their aircraft and support services. The opening session will begin with a company overview by Gulfstream president Mark Burns. Gulfstream will also stream presentations on its aircraft programs and technology, along with its service and support network.
The advisory board has five committees focused on Gulfstream jetsâG100/G150/G200, G280, GIV/GV, G450/G550, G650/G650ERâand one dedicated to cabin operations across the fleet. Each committee consists of 10 to 15 customers and is supported by a team of Gulfstream experts. Participants expected to attend the upcoming meeting hail from the U.S., Canada, England, Germany, Greece, Mexico, Nigeria, Panama, Tanzania and the UAE.
