Independent aviation fuel supplier Avfuel (Stand N090) recently added two UK FBOs–Marshall Aviation Services and Private Jet Company–to its network, bolstering the company’s presence in Europe. With the new designation, Birmingham Airport-based Marshall Aviation and Private Jet, which is at Ronaldsway Airport on the Isle of Man, will offer Afuel contract fuel and AvTrip rewards.
Marshall boasts a newly constructed 44,000-sq-ft facility with 27,000 sq ft of hangar space that can accommodate aircraft up to the size of a Gulfstream G650. Birmingham is among the top-ten business airports in the UK, thanks to it being an alternative to crowded London-area fields.
Private Jet’s FBO includes a 4,200-sq-ft terminal and a 20,000-sq-ft hangar with 28-foot height clearance. Amenities include flight planning area, pilot lounge, free WiFi, guest office space and a refreshment center.
Avfuel also signed another FBO is the U.S. last week–Gillespie Air Services at Gillespie County Airport in Fredericksburg, Texas. The UK and U.S. additions bring its network to more than 1,000 locations in the U.S. and more than 300 throughout Europe.
Here at EBACE, Avfuel is hosting and exhibiting eight of its branded FBOs, including European facilities Avflight Belfast City in Ireland, Rizon Jet at London Biggin Hill, SouthAir in Keflavik and and Sky Valet at Paris Le Bourget Airport. U.S. FBOs Banyan Air Service, Duncan Aviation, Fargo Jet Center and Sheltair are also being showcased at its booth.
