Airbus Helicopters To Unveil New Medium Twin, Hoping To Reverse Sluggish Sales
Financial performance close to stability in 2014, while outlines of new X4 medium twin emerge.
Airbus Helicopters will unveil the X4 medium twin, a replacement for the AS365/EC155 Dauphin family, tomorrow at Heli-Expo 2015. The latest teaser image suggests the X4 will sport a biplane stabilizer, swept-tip Blue Edge main rotor blades for quieter operation and the manufacturer's signature Fenestron shrouded tail rotor.
