First Legacy 500 Pilot Class Graduates at FlightSafety
FlightSafety St. Louis center providing training with level-C simulator.

The first class of pilots for the new Embraer Legacy 500 recently graduated from FlightSafety International’s St. Louis training center. The facility is equipped with an FAA level C-qualified Legacy 500 simulator. Embraer obtained Brazilian ANAC certification for the fly-by-wire midsize jet in August and handed over the first copy to a customer in Brazil on October 10. FAA approval followed in October and Embraer announced today that it received EASA validation for the twinjet.
