The second annual African Business Aviation Association (AfBAA) Symposium is set to take place in Johannesburg, South Africa, on September 14 and 15. It promises to build on the strong foundations laid at the inaugural event in Marrakech last year that encouraged African business aviation stakeholders to continue to invest in the sector, maximize economic growth and participate in events that help to develop the industry on the continent. The association will also use the gathering to launch the survey component of its “State of Business Aviation in Africa” white paper, a follow-on to AfBAA’s first White Paper that studied the business aviation infrastructure in the region.
