Chad started his writing career at The Avion,&nbsp;the&nbsp;student newspaper at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, Florida, serving as editor-in-chief before graduating with a bachelor's in aeronautical science. Effective Saturday, Tracy Biegler will be the new president and CEO at Menominee, Mich.-based Enstrom Helicopter. He will succeed Jerry Mullins, who is retiring after 10 years at the helm of the light helicopter manufacturer. Mullins will continue to work as a consultant to Enstrom until the end of this year. Biegler, a 26-year industry veteran, joined Enstrom 10 years ago and is currently serving as vice president. He said the change in leadership will support the continued growth at Enstrom initiated by Mullins.
