Cessna Aircraft Parent Textron To Acquire Beechcraft for $1.4 Billion
Textron and Beechcraft Corp. announced late yesterday that Textron has agreed to acquire Beech Holdings, LLC.
Cessna Aircraft parent company Textron is acquiring Beech Holdings LLC, the parent of Beechcraft Corp., for approximately $1.4 billion in cash.
