Hawker Beechcraft Global Customer Support has released its 2012 Quick Response Team special events schedule. The OEM provides on-site technical expertise and immediate support to owners and operators at popular business, political, sporting and lifestyle events around the world. The 2012 events include: Super Bowl XLVI (February 5); Daytona 500 (February 26); Masters Golf Tournament (April 5 to 8) in Augusta, Ga.; Indianapolis 500 (May 27); and the Summer Olympics (July 27 to August 12) in London.

A spokesman for the company told AIN, “Our Quick Response Teams revolve around a broad network of team members who stand by to assist customers. Quick Response Teams have vehicles, tools and spare parts at their disposal to quickly dispatch and address most AOG requirements. For example, in Indianapolis for the Super Bowl, one of our large mobile service trucks will be stationed at our HBS facility at Indianapolis International Airport. The truck is capable of any size job, including engine removal on a Hawker 4000 using its built-in crane. Field service representatives as well as parts and distribution experts are also standing by to meet customer requirements.”
