Dynamic Aviation wants to fill 50 new positions to support its expanding commercial and government business sector requirements. “Over the next three months we’ll be hiring 20 mechanics,” Aaron Lorson, executive vice president, told AIN. Lorson said the company is looking for A&P mechanics with previous King Air and/or Dash 8 experience to work out of its 40,000-sq-ft heavy maintenance and modification center, engine shop and privately owned airport at its headquarters in Bridgewater, Va. “In addition to maintenance technicians we’re looking for a limited number of aerospace engineers who have experience with a structural emphasis. They’ll be based at our Bridgewater facility to bolster the increasing engineering requirements in support of our aircraft modifications programs,” he said. The company also plans to hire as many as 30 professional pilots. Dynamic Aviation provides mission-modified aircraft, experienced flight crews and comprehensive maintenance services in support of national defense, military intelligence, federal agencies, state and local governments, non-profit research organizations and private companies. System-wide the company employs approximately 500 aviation professionals, owns more than 150 aircraft and operates from 20 locations in 10 countries across four continents.
