Philadelphia-based Jet East Corporate Aviation has purchased the maintenance division of Ross Aviation at Trenton Mercer County Airport; the two will share a 20,000-sq-ft hangar. “We have retained all nine of the Ross maintenance personnel, including seven technicians and two support staff,” Frank Galzarano, the MRO’s CFO, told AIN. Primarily an AOG operation with 16 employees based out of PHL, the company plans to expand its maintenance capacity with the additional facility. The FAA Part 145 repair station has established relationships with Cessna and Hawker Beechcraft. Ross Aviation will continue to operate the FBO business.
