International Water-Guard Industries and Bombardier settled a pending patent infringement lawsuit in Canada early last month. The patent infringement action and counterclaim have been discontinued in the federal court and the terms and conditions of the settlement are confidential, they said. Canada-based IWG’s main business focus is on aircraft potable water treatment and full water system solutions.
