Aerostar Launches 24/7 AOG To Support Indian Ops
Aerostar Ventures Singapore has launched an AOG desk for Indian customers.

Aerostar Ventures Singapore has launched an AOG desk for Indian customers. “Service and response time is slow for operators in India,” director and CEO Praveen Srivastava told AIN. “We intend to reach out aggressively to India, initially from our Singapore location. With our current facilities and our associations with several MROs, OEMs and surplus suppliers, we are in a position to provide support to both general aviation and commercial operators in India.” Srivastava said the MRO currently has a quality manager in Singapore but is in the process of establishing a facility in India to support the AOG operation. “We’re looking at a location in Mumbai and hope to finalize the deal within the next six to eight months,” he said. Aerostar Ventures Singapore specializes in the supply, repair and lease of commercial and general aviation spares and components. According to Srivastava, the company has more than 12 years of experience in after-market support. “The business culture in India is different from in the West. We intend to provide better customer support to Indian operators by bridging that gap,” he said.
