Oriens Advisors, a UK-based consultancy group&nbsp;looking to support entry-level jet operations and helping airports to fulfill their real-estate potential, has set up a new headquarters at London Biggin Hill Airport. The&nbsp;company's EA Aviation subsidiary is managing 27,000 sq ft of hangar space there, along with 14 offices and an annex next to the hangars where Oriens itself is now based. It&nbsp;intends to sublet the space, which was previously equipped for a Part 145 maintenance operation, to&nbsp;companies involved in supporting entry-level business&nbsp;aircraft. According to Oriens CEO Edwin Brenninkmeyer, the company is close to completing an agreement with&nbsp;a Spanish venture, whose expansion plans in business aviation it will support. Oriens offers to support business aviation companies in an advisory capacity, but can also help to develop business models and secure launch or&nbsp;expansion funding.&nbsp;
