Bizliner Aviation was recently established to specialize in client and vendor support to owners and operators of bizliners, namely current and out-of-production Boeing and Airbus models such as the BBJ, ACJ, 767 and other widebodies, and some of the newer, smaller entrants into the market such as the Embraer Lineage. Currently there are more than 200 bizliners in service worldwide, with existing orders for more than 60 new aircraft, according to Bizliner Aviation’s director of aviation, Rodney Cook. The company’s goal is to provide a full range of support, from basic single-event consultancy, to interim crewing, to interior completions oversight, to full operations management. Other services include operations manual production, checklist development, aircraft selection and acquisition, Part 125 certification and safety auditing, said Bizliner Aviation’s director of operations, Roger Pierce. The company has offices in Washington, D.C., and Dallas. At press time, it was negotiating with four bizliner operators as initial customers.
