West Palm Beach, Fla.-based Greenjets said its shared-ride charter jet membership service has been growing quickly since it was launched in April last year. âOur business has been doubling or tripling every month,â company president Dean Rotchin told AIN. Greenjets allows customers to book seats and share charter jets, thereby reducing the cost and per-passenger carbon footprint for each flight. Greenjets currently serves the New York-Florida and Chicago-Boston markets, and will soon start New York-Los Angeles flights.
It plans to be in 30 marketsâincluding Atlanta; Washington, D.C.; Dallas; Houston; Las Vegas; and Phoenixâby the middle of next year.
