CRS Jet Spares will be giving away a new Apple iPad on Wednesday at 4 p.m. To be eligible, participants must provide a business card to the company and be present at its booth (Booth No. 470) at the time of the giveaway. “The technology behind the new Apple iPad coincides perfectly with our goal to have our finger on the pulse and provide what our customers want,” said CRS founder and president Armando Leighton Jr.
The company also announced that it is offering the new XL244D batteries in connection with Securaplane. The newly announced lead-acid batteries replace the PS-835C and PS-835D batteries used in Beechcraft, Learjet and Falcon airplanes and are designed to reduce battery maintenance. The batteries feature a built-in precision charging system and provide longer life and better reliability than older styles,
according to CRS.
“It is a win-win situation for aircraft operators,” said John Iverson, CRS on-staff Securaplane specialist. “They get a direct replacement for their aircraft, with Securaplane’s exceptional quality, and CRS’s aggressive pricing.”
