Embraer has expanded on its North American Phenom 100 support system, in service since last December. The Customer Support Contact Center, located at Embraer’s headquarters in SĂŁo JosĂ© dos Campos, Brazil, now offers operational, technical and maintenance support for all of Embraer’s executive jets. “The contact center is staffed by experienced support analysts who can deal with any issue, including AOG, technical and parts support, routine maintenance, spares, aircraft operations or queries in general,” said Edson Carlos Mallaco, Embraer Executive Jets v-p for customer support and services. The contact center provides 24-hour service and is integrated with the network of Embraer-owned and authorized service centers, spare parts distribution centers and field service representatives, as well as with technical, maintenance and flight operations support organizations. Embraer has six company-owned service centers and an extensive authorized network worldwide. A seventh, 19,380-sq-ft company-owned service center is under construction also in SĂŁo JosĂ© dos Campos and slated to open by year-end.
