Avolus, which bills itself as a provider of fully integrated luxury travel, announced plans to expand its reach in Europe, Russia, the CIS, Eastern Europe and the Middle East. The company has appointed Keith Thomas managing director for the Middle East. Avolus is a broker that provides charter of private jets, helicopters, yachts and limousines; block fractional and block hours; and aircraft sales and acquisitions.
