Aviation Sales Inc., Swiss aircraft maker Pilatus’ Western U.S. PC-12 distributor, has named Jet Works Aviation Inc. the new Southern Service Center for the PC-12 turbine single. The company, a turbine and avionics specialist, is located at Meacham Airport in Fort Worth, Texas.
Wayne Ostrander, v-p of sales at Jet Works, said the addition of the PC-12 program enables Jet Works to provide a wider range of services within the industry. “We are pleased to support the Pilatus product line. It is a further expansion of our program to provide one-stop service for full airframe inspections and turbine overhauls, as well as avionics modifications and installations.”
Jet Works is a dealer for Honeywell, Collins, Universal, BFGoodrich, Garmin and others, and holds an FBO service agreement with Pratt & Whitney. The company has also installed mandated avionics for enhanced ground proximity warning system (EGPWS), domestic reduced vertical separation minimums (DRVSM) and emergency locator transmitters (ELTs) in turbine aircraft.
