<p>Houston-based Universal Weather &amp; Aviation unveiled its UVglobal Network ground-handling service for corporate aircraft worldwide. Marketed under the slogan, “The end to ground turbulence,” the network consists of 45 ground-support offices in 35 countries designed to provide “consistent and reliable” ground services for its business aviation customers. </p>
<p>Every UVglobal Network ground handler wears an identical uniform, making service representatives readily identifiable. Universal spent more than a year setting up the program, visiting each network FBO to ensure that its strict standards were met. Yearly audits seek to maintain a high level of service and professionalism among all network members.</p>
