NBAA Convention visitors have until 5 p.m. today to register at Booth No. 5166 for a drawing by Jet Support Services, Inc. for a 2007 Mini Cooper convertible. The winner will be picked at 3 p.m. tomorrow at the JSSI exhibit.

The Chicago-based company began taking registrations for its By Air or Land sweepstakes at last year’s show. Entries were also accepted over the past year via the Internet and regular mail from individuals associated with business aviation. The winner is not required to be present.

At its booth, JSSI is providing information on the company’s guaranteed hourly cost programs for airframe and engine maintenance. Under these programs, nose-to-tail coverage of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance is guaranteed for a variety of business jets. Service is provided, JSSI says, for virtually every component, assembly and system on the aircraft.

The engine program includes a fixed hourly cost for repair and replacement of lost or damaged parts, engine accessories, troubleshooting services and rental engines.

JSSI noted that it allows customers to be vested in their maintenance “trust accounts,” with the opportunity to receive a portion of the balance on expiration of their contract.
