XJet Club broke ground late last month for its 100,000-sq-ft facility at Centennial Airport near Denver. The XJet Club concept combines aircraft and lifestyle services tied together through what XJet describes as its aggregate purchasing power and economies of scale. The company expects the plan to lower fixed and recurring costs related to jet ownership. For example, XJet’s fuel management program is designed to provide members with “significant” fuel savings, not only at its Centennial base but at any general aviation facility worldwide.

The first of three 25,000-sq-ft hangars is scheduled for completion during the second quarter of next year, with the entire 13-acre, members-only complex expected to enter service in the fourth quarter. Amenities include a clubhouse with office suites and conference rooms. XJet Club members will also have access to a personal concierge for 24/7 travel assistance and a five-star restaurant operated by chef Bruno Breusch. Members who don’t own jets will have access to other members’ aircraft at the owners’ discretion or to other charter aircraft within 10 hours through XJet’s industry partnerships.
