McKinney Aerospace has been designated an authorized GE service center for engine work. Located on Collin County Regional Airport in McKinney, Texas, the company now has the capacity to perform in-house inspections on GE’s CF34, which powers the Challenger 601 and 604.

Joe Prince, v-p of maintenance at McKinney Aerospace, said, “This move puts us in a position to offer our customers significantly improved service, better pricing and greater flexibility in scheduling. By eliminating the need to contract out engine inspections, we will be able to provide Challenger operators with nearly all their aircraft needs in-house.”

McKinney Aerospace, an Aeros Aviation company, is a modification and service center providing avionics installation and repair, interior refurbishment and completions, airframe maintenance and exterior paint management. The company specializes in large corporate aircraft, including Gulfstreams, Challengers, Global Expresses and Falcons.
