Fractional provider NetJets recently awarded a trophy to Raytheon Aircraft’s Little Rock facility for outstanding performance. The facility services and performs scheduled maintenance on NetJets’ domestic fleet of 69 Hawker 400XPs, Hawker 800XPs and Hawker 1000s. NetJets created the award to recognize its partners and suppliers for their role in supporting the NetJets fleet.
NetJets gave the award after collecting data throughout the first quarter and calculating a weighted average based on a variety of factors including the size of the vendor. Raytheon Aircraft had performed more than the 40 qualifying events required, including such categories as performance, quality, reliability and meeting customer needs. Raytheon Aircraft’s Little Rock facility has consistently achieved top-level results.
NetJets also honored Dassault Falcon Jet-Wilmington with the Fleet Base Maintenance Award for base maintenance performance during the first quarter. This is the second consecutive quarter in which NetJets has so recognized the facility. The award was announced by Don Crauswell, NetJets’ director of fleet base maintenance, who explained that Dassault Falcon Jet Wilmington’s outstanding maintenance service had helped his company reduce downtime on its aircraft.
NetJets initiated the program as a recognition/awards device in the early part of last year for base maintenance performance at its established locations.
